Late-Gothic church – transformed into baroque in the 18th century.
The church windows recount a historic tale which mustn’t be forgotten: On the 2nd of April 1797, the heroine of Spinges Katharina Lanz, also known as"Jeanne d'Arc of Tyrol", prevented French soldiers from climbing the barricade and sacking the church until reinforcement arrived. Her only weapon was a hayfork. Today the memorial plaque on the southern side of the church reminds us of the "Brave Maiden of Spinges".
