The municipal Museum of Bruneck opened its gates in 1912. It was liquidated in the fascist era when the pieces were brought to Bolzano. The newly restored museum of Brunico contains parts of the art history collection from the former Bruneck city museum, while the focus is on modern and contemporary pieces from local and international contemporary artists.
Opening times: Tuesday – Friday, 3 pm – 6 pm; Saturday – Sunday, 10 am –12 pm – Monday: closed
July - August: Tuesday – Saturday 10 am – 12 pm, 4 pm – 7 pm; Sunday 10 am – 12 pm
